A friend recommended that I looked into a hunting jacket for my next more heavy-duty raincoat… and this one ticks all the boxes! The length is awesome, goes to mid thigh on me, it’s great against wind and of course epic in the rain! It’s my go to jacket now I grab every time knowing I will be sheltered. Sizing is good, I went by the measurements but sized up one if know I will have thicker layers underneath. Having this jacket gives me the confidence to just get outdoors no matter how rough it is. Lots of pockets too and folds down pretty small.
Super glad I got this for this years hunt. Weather hotter than ever, mosquitoes aggressive as **** - really helps to stay ventilated and not go nuts about the mosquitoes with some help of repellent on the hoodie.
Fits perfect my Minox Binos, no superfluous material that would be in the way of you being able to see where you step in alpine and subalpine rough Terrain.
Only thing I modified this time was to adjust the elastic straps and then sewed the loose ends to the back side, making the elastic more rigid that way. On the old I one wore the elastic completely out because it is just to loose for me and kept pulling tighter.
Have a ton of Hunters Element stuff, and this top is great as a first or mid layer.
Wore it once and promptly got on line to order another as a birthday present for my son!!
I got this primarily to use as a jumper as we move from winter to spring. I get up early and I get too hot wearing a normal fleece with/out a hood when I start work. This is the perfect interim bit of kit to both keep warm when it’s cool/cold and then cool as the body warms up after breakfast and early physical work.
Awesome shorts! Light, comfy and breathable. Great sized pockets with zips.
Ordering a second pair soon!
Haven't had a suitable monsoon to properly test this beast out in yet, but from the look and feel, it'll keep me dry even if I find myself in one. It packs down or rolls up quite small, it's relatively light and comfortable.
Great shirt. I get sunburned quite easily, and sometimes I'd rather wear a long sleeve during my treks, this one ticks all the boxes; it's cool, comfortable, sun resistant and wicks away sweat without stinking, I also love the hood for extra utility if I forget my hat.
Updating my outdoor wardrobe has meant several purchases from different places for different reasons, but these pants are definitely up there with my best purchase. Warm enough but can also dump heat thanks to the vents, they're roomy and comfortable with lots of flexibility in my knees and hips.
Probably my favourite new all round jacket, it ticks all the boxes for comfort and utility; not too warm, DEFINITELY not too cold, it's long and comfortable. My only small gripes are, as another review mentioned, the hood is quite large even when cinched down to the point I just took it off, and the wrist cuffs are quite tight and don't offer a lot of give when you're taking the jacket off but that might change as I break the jacket in. Over all however, these are nitpicks of an overall INCREDIBLE bit of kit.
Haven't had a good chance to test it yet as I bought it to update my winter wardrobe, but I can definitely tell this thing is a BEAST of a cold weather jacket. Took it for a quick meander in around 4 degrees on a windy night and I might as well have been sitting next to a fire.

Used this jacket for some time now. just the right amount of warmth and without the bulkiness. cane wear it as an outer layer or as a mid-layer for those really cold days. So impressed I have 3 of them, one for casual wear and 2 for hunting. Another great part is that there is no hood.
Great stubbies. Fit perfect. Will see how durable they are. Not a fan of the draw string. But might grow on me
