Measure Up
Lay your favourite pants flat on a solid, even surface. Measure the 1/2 waist across the top of the waistband, and the inseam from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. Compare these measurements to the size chart to find your best fit.

Pretty comfy and haven't had any chaffing off them like other trousers. They have some flex in them too. Have only worn them once so far but they will be my regular pair from now on. I'm a medium but they're a little snug on me so you might want to go for a size up.
